It is the responsibility of the person making a booking (namely, the passenger and/or passengers) to provide accurate information to avoid compilations with a booking and/or being refused passage before or during boarding.
Each compulsory field in the booking form must be complete, comprehensive and free of spelling errors.
Passenger names must be provided "as they appear" in their passport (Eg. Mr Jonathan Flyer - NOT Mr Jonny (for short) Flyer.
Newlyweds and Honeymooners should use their name as it appears in their most recent and valid passports. NOT their newly married name, if a passport hasn't been re-issued in that name.
Airlines and security staff reserve the right to refuse passage if names in bookings and on tickets are not identical to those on the passport the passenger is travelling with.
Flightscene is not responsible for refusal of passage as a result of passengers, agents or other persons providing incorrect booking information on the website.
